We offer a choice of more than 20 items, many of them home-made, including such things as home-made breads and pastries, home-made jams, honey, a selection of local cheeses (white sheep’s-milk cheese, low-fat white cheese, cottage cheese, yellow cow's-milk cheese); a selection of Turkish olives (oil-cured black, green, and green stuffed with pimiento); cold meats such as turkey and chicken salamis; breakfast sausages, fried potatoes, omelettes, hard-boiled eggs, dry cereals and milk; fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, dried fruit, and yoghurt (with active cultures).
